The session is about an hour & thirty minuets long.
At the session you will receive a brief description of how & why breathwork can help you release stress,
as well as other tips & tricks to help you get the most out of your session.
Things to keep in mind:
This style of breathwork can be seen as simple when compared to others.
You do NOT need previous breathwork experience or knowledge.
The first half you will breath in & out though your mouth. As fast as you like & as deep as you can manage.
The second half you will breath in & out through your nose. As slow as you like & as deep as you can manage.
Fast & slow music will be playing. You will also receive a guided meditation all through the session. All while having your eyes closed.
